Homenetmen London provides an invaluable service to the Armenian community in London. As a registered charity, and like any active organisation, we require funds to enable us to continue our unique services at an affordable cost to our members.
These funds are generated through a variety of methods, for example through membership fees, public events, securing grants, tax reclaims and, of course, kind donations.
To minimise the financial burden on our members and enable every member of our community to have the opportunity to participate and enjoy our services, we try to keep our membership fees as low as possible. In reality our membership fees cover only around 25% of our annual expenditure.
Please consider donating to help us continue, even broaden, our activities which in turn benefit local Armenians as a whole and the wider society in which we live.
Homenetmen London's charitable objectives:
- The advancement of scouting amongst Armenians (taking into account the principles and traditions of the international scouting movement) for the purpose of promoting the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities
- The advancement of physical education amongst Armenians
- The advancement and teaching of Armenian history, culture and language
- The provision of recreational facilities for Armenians in the interests of social welfare and with the aim of improving their conditions of life
Please consider supporting our efforts.
